100% penality if the cancellation is made in the 29 days before the arrival

Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 300 euros in cash. It will be returned at the end of the stay after having checked the property

We kindly ask our guests to report any potential anomalies so that can be fixed as soon as possible. External factors such as weather conditions, the presence of stray animals/insects or the state of the public roads are not to be considered valid for a complain

When using the pool, guests must behave in a proper way by adopting the safety rules set out on the poolside regulation

The swimming pool is open from April 17th to October 9th 2021
