All guests can enjoy a delicious welcome basket with typical products consisting of mineral water, a bottle of wine, coffee powder, tea, fresh milk, biscuits or homemade cake, seasonal fruit, bread, butter, jam, salt-oil-spices for cooking, a taste of cold cuts & cheeses, pasta and pasta sauce
- Final cleaning Euro 200,00 per stay
- Tourist tax Euro 1,50 per person per night, required from 1st March to 31st October for the first 5 nights of stay, kids up to 11 free of charge
- Additional single bed over 10 guests Euro 50,00 per each bed per night (max 2 extra beds, to be booked in advance)
- Housekeeping Euro 15,00/h
- Further linen-towels-pool towels change Euro 10,00/person
- Pets fee euro 100,00 per pet/stay (max 2 dogs of small size)
- To go ahead with the booking a 30% deposit payment is required, via bank transfer or credit card
- You'll be asked to pay the balance 45 days before the check-in
- In the event of reservations made in the 30 days before the check-in, you'll be required to go ahead with the total payment of the booking (no refundable)
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the check-in
- If you cancel in the 29 days before the arrival date (or no-show), the cancellation fee corrisponds to the total price of the reservation
- We always recommend to all guests to take out a travel insurance
- Check-in is by appointment, from 4pm to 7pm. Please inform us about your arrival time at least one day in advance
- Check-out is to be done by and no later than 10 am
- Upon arrival it will be required a security deposit of Euro 300,00 in cash
